Red's shop is hosted externally on Etsy. This page covers your use of this site itself, and what, if anything, is collected from visitors here — not the purchase process, which happens entirely on Etsy under Etsy's own terms.
Red is the trading name of Rosie Elizabeth Donovan, of The Withins, Lansdown, Stroud, GL5 1BS.
Products are listed and sold through our Etsy shop — Shop now. Orders, payment, shipping, and returns are all handled by Etsy under Etsy's own buyer terms and privacy policy — we don't process your payment or shipping details directly, and this site's own Terms and Privacy don't cover that transaction. Please check Etsy's policies for how a purchase there works.
Aside from linking out to our Etsy shop, this site is provided for browsing purposes only. You're welcome to look around, and to get in touch using the contact details below.
Nothing on this site directly. Any information given as part of a purchase is collected by Etsy, not us.
If you've sent us anything directly (e.g. via the contact form or a notification sign-up) and want it corrected or deleted, just get in touch and we'll sort it — see the contact details below. For anything related to an Etsy order, Etsy is the right place to ask. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
